4.7 Intercourse and fertilization of OVA :
Wife and husband have sexual foreplay like kissing, caressing, embracing, whispering, fondling etc. , which arouse sexual feelings. Finally during the act of sexual intercourse, husband penetrates his penis inside the vagina of her wife. The vagina also become moist and lubricated during foreplay.
The husband orgasm arrives and sperms are ejaculated from penis with force into the vagina. The wife may also arrives orgasm at the same time or after/before sometime. This act can be completed without wife reaching her orgasm too. The live sperm moves from vagina to cervix to uterus to one of the fallopian tubes.
The sperm can remain alive for 3 to 5 days in the vagina. If the ova is united with a male sperm cell in the fallopian tube - a process called FERTILIZATION takes place. The lining(Endometrium) grows thick as the uterus prepares itself to receive the fertilized ova.
Fertilized ova will enter the uterus, attach itself to the lining (Endometrium), and begin to develop into a FETUS(unborn child). This is called a wife has Conceived and she is pregnant now. The lining supports the growth and development of the fetus and the child grows for around nine months in the uterus of wife before being delivered out through cervix and vagina to this world.
The vagina is very flexible and can deliver the child from the same opening, which otherwise looks so small. After delivery, vagina slowly comes back to original shape. So wife should not worry about the size of opening and sexual satisfaction after delivery.
