Most of the time you will find children/students in their school uniform during the age starting from 4 years old to 18 years old or so.

Sometimes TIE is a part of school uniform even in rural and poor areas of India. Here students do not usually wear tie as their routine dress. Even in hot environment, tie is not at all suitable for Indian students. Bur school blindly follow to keep tie. Students look clumsy and uncomfortable with tie.
