Tweezing your eyebrows

Tweezing your eyebrows.

Tweezers Care : Clean the Tweezers after each use. Disinfect tips of tweezers in Antiseptic solution. Protect the tips of tweezers with cap and keep it safely. Never drop tweezers, it may damage the tip and alignment may get altered.

Easy Tweezing : Open pores with a hot washcloth to make tweezing easier. Draw or make up your mind for desired brow shape. Brush hair in the direction of hair growth. Isolate single hair to tweeze. Tweeze in the direction of hair growth. Pull only single hair at a time. Pull gently and smoothly.
Don't use creams or moisturizers that can cause the tweezers to slip. Don't tweeze nose hairs or hairs growing out of moles.

Shaping Eye-Brows : The shape of eye brow should follow the natural line of one’s brow bone. The arch may be the highest at the outer corner of the pupil. To determine where the brow should begin, place a thin pencil straight up from the side of the nostril. To determine where it should end, hold the thin pencil diagonally against the outer corner of the eye pointing up to the brow bone. Brow should extend slightly beyond the eye at which point it should taper slightly down.

How much to Tweeze? : Check your brows simentenously during Tweezing. Step back from your mirror and check both the eye-brows. Tweeze a few hairs from one brow and then the other so they remain symmetrical. It is always better to tweeze too little than too much.

Avoid Removing Nose and Ear Hairs for Safety :When cutting nose and ear hairs always look into a mirror and only cut visible hairs. Do not place the scissors into the nostril or ear canal.

Pedicure and Manicure

Pedicure: Soak feet in warm soapy water to soften skin and cuticle. Gently rub the skin to whisk away dead skin; then moisturize. Push back cuticles with Cuticle Pusher which does not scratch nail surface. Use Pusher to also clean under nails. Trim nails. File top of nail with a Nail File to reduce thickness of nail before bathing. After bathing and while nails are soft, use a Toenail Nipper to cut nail. Cut in a number of small cuts rather than a large single cut. Gently slide Toenail File under nail. File works in reverse and will shave under nail as you pull out and up. If infection or swelling is present, see a doctor.

Manicure : Moisturize nails, cuticles and surrounding area. Soaking hands in warm water or applying a warm cloth helps to lock in moisture. Gently push back the Cuticle Pusher and trim hangnails using Cuticle Nipper. Do not cut live skin. Blend polish by rolling the bottle between your palms. Shaking causes air bubbles. Start with base coat. Let it dry for three minutes. Apply two coats of color. Work from base of nail to top. Add a top coat to lock in color.

Working with Artificial Nails : When working with artificial nails, you need a specially designed Acrylic Nail Nipper. This Nipper is extra durable and is guaranteed not to break when cutting acrylics.

Should I Cut My Cuticles? : We do not recommend cutting live, healthy cuticle tissue. Instead, ease back cuticles Cuticle Pusher that will not scratch the nail. If cuticles are rough and visibly in need of removal, use Cuticle Scissors to trim the dead cuticle tissue.
